PRECISION HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL ROTARY TABLES

Works as an index center in the vertical position as well as a conventional rotary table in the horizontal position.
The table is made of high density mehanite with ground surface areas on the table surface and base of the body to
ensure smooth rotation.
The critical wear points are hand finished for ultra precision. The worm gear is hardened and ground. Gear ratio 90:1.
Adjustable satin chrome handwheel dial reads directly to each minute, vernier reading 10 seconds on sizes 200,250,300, 350 and 400 mm.
On size 150 mm, each calibration reads 2 minutes, vernier reading 20 seconds.
On all sizes revolution of the dial reads 4 degrees.
